Excellent working knowledge of MS Office - advanced course would be beneficial as well as working knowledge of pastel invoicing
Fast and accurate typing/dictaphoning
A very strong knowledge of the English language - with the ability to proof read (and edit) would also be great advantage.
Looking for mature lady with great personality, non smoker.
Applicant must be well presented, highly structured and organised
min 4 years solid secretarial experience with contactable references.
Have excellent knowledge of report writing
Attention to detail and accuracy
