Company in Durban is looking to hire an Office Manager to be responsible for the general operation of our office.

Duties And Responsibilities: Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers. Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules. Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.

Requirements: Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience. Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures. Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures. Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures.

Working hours mon-fri 08:00-17:00 / Salary R14000-R17000pm
