Consulting firm in Blouberg needs a front desk receptionist to start asap.
Duties will include greeting guests, making and answering calls, responding to emails and inquiries, making photocopies and sending fax. Typing up letters and scheduling meetings, placing orders for supplies, Assisting manager.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 4:30 pm)
Requirement
-Fluent oral communication
-Computer literate
-Quick learner
-Someone dedicated and serious
-Ability to multitask
-previous secretarial experience advantageous but NOT requirement.
Salary:R9000
