Our Company is looking for a dynamic individual to fill the position of an administration assistant with immediate effect.

Responsibilities include :
1. Answering of the switchboard and transferring of calls internally.
2. Maintain the booking of meeting rooms
3. Develop and maintain a filing system
4. Order office supplies
5. Maintain contact lists
6. Provide general support to visitors/ clients

Minimum Education Requirement:

Experience Required :
1. Excellent communication skills, client liaison
2. Proficient use of Microsoft Office/ word and excel
3. Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
4. Minimum 2 years of hands on administrative support
