Freestyle Fighting Arts
Primarily an upright fighting art (kickboxing) we incorporate various other Martial Art forms to produce a comprehensive modern fighting and self-defence system, hence the name Freestyle Fighting Arts (FFA). We have opened a club in Waterkloof, Pretoria and should you want to perform at international level, tone and keep fit, equip yourself with modern fighting techniques, be proficient at self-defence, etc. then you have come to the right gym.
Etienne Changuion (6th Degree), Wayne Giles (5th Degree) and Andre (1st Degree) have multiple years of ring experience, having competed in kickboxing and grappling tournaments locally and worldwide and proudly having attained many titles and accolades in doing so.
Apart from the norm we also focus on awareness, creating self-confidence, safety strategies, street safe awareness, body toning, home safety, threat assessment and more..
Come attend a first free training class either on a Monday or Wednesday evening to witness the experience……
