Call Centre Agents and Telesales Consultants
Various positions opened up for Telesales Consultants at our offices. (Dental, Wills, Funeral Policies)
We are based in Lyttelton Manor, Centurion and are seeking sales agents to join our dynamic team.
Successful candidates must have a Valid Matric certificate and Telesales experience.
Salary is a commission based structure.
• Computer literate/keyboard skills
• At least 1-2 years working within a sales environment preferably in a proactive telemarketing role
• Excellent telephone skills
• Must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone
• High degree of accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise issues
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
• Outstanding negotiation skills
• Ability to handle rejection
• Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas.
