We have an opening for an individual to come on over and be fully trained, immersed and exposed to all aspects of a commercial online marketing role.
What we are looking for
We are currently searching for a Digital Marketing intern who is fresh out of a university or college to come in and be part of our journey. To be suitable you must have a passion for marketing, design and social media. We are looking for a personable, articulate and tenacious individual who is looking to get their foot in the door of the marketing sector.
This is a full time role, full wages and expenses will be covered and full training will also be provided. You will continuously learn how to apply your skills in the commercial world and be exposed to digital media, social platforms, SEO, online advertising and various projects within the marketing department.

How you can expect to spend your day:

Plan, write and update copy for all marketing collateral - produce brochures, letters, emails, landing pages and website.
Produce and maintain marketing materials for the Sales team, to help aid presentations and product demonstrations.
Implement, execute and analyse email campaigns to nurture leads and customers.
Plan, develop and implement marketing campaigns for events and exhibitions.
Develop and manage content-based Social Networks and Blog Sites.
You will be expected to generate content from blog posts to white papers for online distribution.
You will manage social media channels and help promote relevant content to relevant brands.
There will be an element of managing online adverts too, as well as email marketing and marketing automation setup that has been created in-house.

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:

Degree in Marketing (or similar), with a strong eye for design would be an advantage.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong project management/organisational skills.
Ability to use spreadsheets to analyse data and spot trends.
Understanding of customer segmentation.
Excellent use of English, with a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge and an obvious passion for digital marketing practices and developments.
Some experience creating and developing online content would be a distinct advantage.
You’ll get trained and then get on working hard and hopefully having fun!
You’ll need to be confident and happy to communicate with everyone internally and happy to promote the company brand in a positive way.
Clear, concise and coherent writing
Knowledge of WordPress, marketing KPIs
Any experience of Google Analytics
Some understanding of sales funnels and customer journeys
Basic knowledge of InDesign (for creating PDFs), HTML / CSS is helpful
