Temporary to permanent contract.
Working within a small, diverse contact centre environment you will be working for a specialist debt recovery and enforcement agency, working on behalf of public sector and private clients..You will be responsible maximising the collection recovery for our clients through the delivery of outstanding negotiations via inbound and outbound calling activity.
Successful applicants must have grade 11,12 or equivalent. Confidence ,negotiation skills. You must be able to build rapport and manage relationships, objection handle, professional and courteous manner whilst handling sometimes confrontational conversations. A professional telephone manner is vital.
You will be required to work a 40 hour week on a 3 week rotating shift pattern. (8am-4pm, 9.30am-5.30pm and 11am-7pm), you will also be required to work every second Saturday 9am-12.30pm.
The position is subject to people between 18 to 25 and without experience only as training will be provided by our facilitators.
